You can try booking your accommodation direct through the resorts or guesthouses but often communication is slack and you're more likely to get a discounted price when using a specialist South Pacific Islands travel agency such as Beautiful Pacific who offer a good choice of places to stay in Samoa. Day tours can be booked once in Samoa and meals purchased as needed using cash or credit cards. However, it is best to arrange airport transfers in advance as many flights arrive at unsociable hours and taxis are not always available.
